Appreciated for eminence we are providing Epoxy Glass Flake Coating for continuous panel glass and float glass manufacturing processes. The coating provides maximum efficiency and controls the deposition parameters due to its soft nature and non-clogging atomization process. The glass flakes coating we offer has been utilized in a different range of applications bringing betterment in barrier, reinforcement and thermal properties. Due to their improved barrier & corrosion resistant properties the use of glass flake coating systems has changed significantly. The Epoxy Glass Flake Coating we offer is widely known for its amended tribological properties and helps in the reduction of moisture vapor transmittance.

RESISTANCE GUIDE

HEAT RESISTANCE :- It has a heat resistance up to 150℃ .
WEATHERABILITY :- Some yellowing and chalking will happen with exterior vulnerability, however this will not reduce from the resistance attributes of the coatings.
SOLVENTS :- Defy splash and spillage of many hydrocarbon solvents, couth petroleum products.
ACIDS :- Appropriate for disruption and spill to mild acids
ALKALIS :- Fit for splash and spillage to beefed-up alkalis
SALTS :- Superior resistance to alkali and neutral salts.
WATER :- Excellent opposition to sinking in fresh and salt water
ABRASION :- Good abrasion resistant.
USES: Widely used in boats, tank, pipeline, bridges, chemical plants, oil platforms, etc.
